COVID-19 Update

As concerns increase about the COVID-19 pandemic, the Vancouver International Children’s Festival recognizes the need to actively monitor the situation daily. Our main priority during this difficult time is to ensure the health and safety of our staff and patrons. Our staff are following all protocols set out by Dr Bonnie Henry to ensure we contribute to the containment process. 

As of March 14th we plan to hold the Festival from May 25 – 31st, 2020. This may change as the Government updates the status of large gatherings in May but at this time please feel free to purchase tickets to the Festival. Our primary concern is that our patrons of all ages are safe, healthy and protected from the COVID  - 19 virus so in the event that the Festival is cancelled please note that we will refund tickets as per below:

  1. We will provide a full refund of your tickets.
  2. If you choose we can accept the ticket purchase as a donation to the Festival and provide you with a tax receipt. 

At this time please feel that you can purchase tickets to the shows of your choosing in the knowledge that we will fully reimburse you if necessary.
